> ROOM ATTENDANTS <

Room Attendants are a super important part of our business! Your ability to clean quickly and effectively, prior to each guests experience is crucial to providing an excellent experience to all. This role will be flexible between cleaning and reset of the break and splatter rooms, maintaining the PPE area and delivering crates and paint for each experience. Duties may include, but are not limited to: room clean up and proper debris disposal, re-stocking and distribution of crates, cleaning and re-stocking of splatter room paint and accessories, deodorization of coveralls and gloves, sanitizing helmets and safety glasses, ensuring availability of PPE stock, answering guest questions. You may also be asked to perform closing duties and prep outside of normal hours of operation for: crate re-stocks and warehouse inventory.

YOUR GOAL: to provide a clean, safe and stocked environment in order to give our guests the ultimate experience!

Warehouse experience is helpful. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is able to lift a minimum of 40lbs, has great work ethic and has the ability to multi-task. Must have reliable transportation, will wear proper PPE when cleaning and is willing and able to work weekend shifts, late nights, along with other scheduled prep days.

> GUEST RELATIONS <

Guest Relations staff will be the first smiles that our guests see! Your ability to effectively communicate to and engage groups of all sizes will be very important. This role will be flexible between front desk responsibilities and guiding our guests through the safety briefings and room introductions. Duties may include, but are not limited to: upselling additional enhancements to each experience, greeting and confirming appointments as they arrive, serve as the MC/hype person for the group, booking phone and walk-in appointments, accepting payments, escorting guests to the PPE area and room, safety briefings, instructions on room use, ensuring the proper activity setup is complete, answering guest questions, and completing a timely appointment where customers leave happy! Your goal: to provide a friendly, accommodating and EXCITING environment in order to give our guests the ultimate experience! You may also be asked to host parties and prep during other hours for: crate re-stocks and warehouse inventory.

Customer service experience is helpful! The ideal candidate takes initiative, is responsible, honest and an energetic team player to help support this unique business. Must be able to lift at least 40lbs., have dependable transportation, computer and cash register experience and is willing and able to work weekend shifts and late nights, along with other scheduled prep days.
