PARTY PACKAGES

YOU CANNOT BOOK A PARTY ONLINE – Please call us to inquire about exclusive party room timeslots and confirm with a Break Room 405 representative. (405) 920-6400

DEPOSIT:  A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your celebration. A party should not be assumed as scheduled or confirmed until we receive the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed, however future dates are not guaranteed as we book out in advance.

PARTY ROOM:  The party room seats 24 (4 six foot tables, 1 gift table + 1 food table), however maximum capacity is approximately 30. We also have a beer & wine lounge to accommodate up to 15 more patrons 21+.

DAY OF THE EVENT:  You may arrive to decorate or setup 30 minutes prior to your event. Each guest will need to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in any activity. You may bring in or have delivered any food items, as we have no limitations on that. Break Room 405 is not responsible for food management, setup or any issues associated with food or beverages transported by guests or catering companies into our facility. Ice chests are permitted with sodas, juice and water.

> NO silly string (this stains floors & walls – subject to a $100 fee)

PARTY START & END TIME:  The experience is typically first, then party time following so we can stick to our room schedules. We will start the experience no later than 10 minutes following your start time. Late arrivals will be prepped and sent into the room immediately. You are allowed a 10-minute grace period following your end time. Any prolonged time following this grace period will be charged for the following:  Extra 15 minutes $50, Each 5 minutes after that $10. Please be mindful that we need this time to clean up to prepare for the next party to come in.

EXCESSIVE ROOM CLEANING FEE:  As a part of your celebration package, we do all of the clean up after your event. However, any clean up beyond our normal routine, may be considered “damage” to our space and you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Confetti, glitter, water balloons, smears of cake/food or silly string on the floor, walls or chairs are considered excessive. We will take a photo, notify you and document the fee prior to charging your credit card on file. Please keep this in mind as you utilize our party space that is shared and prepped for other parties throughout the day.

EACH PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Your own party coordinator to lead activities and clean up
  • Review of rules and safe practices for use of the facility
  • Party room with tables, chairs, storage cubbies and basic white party tableware (we do not provide table covers, please bring your own if desired)
  • V.I.P. extra items to break or splatter, set up in the room
  • Splatter Plastic Coverings: ponchos, shower caps, shoe covers
  • Break Room Safety Gear: coveralls, helmets, gloves, ear plugs, shoe covers
  • Signing your name on the Break Room Wall of Fame
  • Endless opportunities for unforgettable photos and videos
  • Availability to purchase add-ons to enhance your experience

CONFIRMATION OF GUESTS: We will be confirming a final head count either the day before or morning of your event. That head count is the number of guests that we will prepare for and the base number that you will be paying for. Additional guests or add-on purchases on the day of the event will be added to your total and closed out at the end of the party. If your Party Coordinator gave you a great experience, tips are appreciated.

SPLATTER ROOM PARTY

Participants: Min 5, Max 24 – overflow paint room could be used for over 18 guests

SPLATTER ROOMS – Large Room holds 18; Overflow Room holds 6

Jam out to your favorite party playlist while you splatter neon paints under the disco ball, black lights and laser beams! Each person will receive a 9×12 canvas, 3 neon paint bottles, paint supplies, eye protection, optional clothing/shoe/hair coverings and a protective box to take home your artwork. The Party V.I.P. will receive an additional large 11×17 canvas + the option to choose from 2 glitter tubes -or- a canvas for friends & family to sign with markers. Additional paint bottles, canvases, glitter tubes, splatter balls, flip-flops, white t-shirts and white hats are available for purchase to enhance your experience!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Our paint is a water-based, non-toxic washable tempura and will wash off of skin, hair and clothes. Small baggies are provided for wet clothes along with plastic seat covers for the ride home. To keep the color in your clothes, we recommend LOCTITE High Performance 200 adhesive( let fully dry before spraying; then allow 24 hours to cure). This is available at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Walmart. Shoes are required in and outside of the splatter area. NOTE: Automatic gratuity of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more for your Party Coordinator.

BREAK ROOM PARTY

Participants: Min 5, Max 24 – overflow rooms could be used for over 7 guests

BREAK ROOMS – Large Room holds 7, Medium overflow room holds 5
We will have 2 groups go back to back, if there are more than 12 participants.

Rock out to your playlist, while you absolutely annihilate breakable items in a safe environment, with no clean up or consequences! Each person gets a crate of glass, bottles, dishes and electronics, a variety of destruction tools, coveralls, gloves, safety helmets, face shields and shoe coverings. The Party V.I.P. will receive: 1 extra electronic to smash and the choice between 1 BS plate -or- a canvas for your friends to sign with markers. You may purchase additional glass, bottles and electronics for the most amazing content to capture!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Closed toe shoes are required for participation. Hard soles recommended! Please wear comfortable clothes (recommended: short sleeve shirts) as it can get warm inside of our coveralls. Coveralls are sized from Small to 7X. If you feel that you could need a more comfortable fit for size, please wear long sleeves and jeans as an alternative. NOTE: Automatic gratuity of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more for your Party Coordinator.

BREAK & SPLATTER PARTY

Participants: Min 5, Max 24 – overflow rooms will be used for over 7 guests in Break Rooms and over 18 guests in Splatter Rooms

We will have 2 groups go back to back in the Break Room is there are more than 12 participants.

Rock out and destroy a room full of breakable items, relieve some stress and leave the room with a huge smile on your face. Then go jam out to your party playlist while you splatter neon paints on your friends under the black lights and laser beams. This is an awesome combo of 2 experiences where all information above and VIP goodies are included! It is truly the BEST of both worlds. NOTE: Automatic gratuity of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more for your Party Coordinator.

SMASH ALLEY PARTY

SMASH ALLEY – Holds up to 8 at a time
We will be taking groups back to back for larger parties.

Grab some glass and throw it as hard as you can toward our lit up concrete wall! Knock down bottles and smash targets in our neon, black lit alley way. Man, hearing that crash is so exhilarating! Each person gets protective goggles, a basket of 14 glass items, plus two 6-packs of bottles to throw. The Party V.I.P. will receive: 1 BS plate and 1 confetti bomb. You may purchase additional glass, bottles, BS plates and confetti bombs as add-ons. NOTE: Automatic gratuity of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more for your Party Coordinator.

SMASH & SPLATTER PARTY

For Smash Alley, we will be taking groups back to back for larger parties.

Have a NEON immersion in both Splatter Room and Smash Alley! Jam out to your playlist while you splatter neon paints on your friends under the black lights and laser beams, then smash glass as hard as you can and hit the targets in the neon graffiti alleyway. This is a crazy cool combo of 2 experiences where all information and VIP goodies above are included! NOTE: Automatic gratuity of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more for your Party Coordinator.
